💼 About This Role

You'll lead the development of frontend features for WeTravel's itinerary and booking platform, empowering tour organizers. You'll own features end-to-end, from design to deployment, using React/TypeScript. This role offers a chance to shape the product for a growing travel tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead feature development from user interviews to production monitoring.
• Write high-quality code across frontend (TypeScript/React) and occasionally backend.
• Ensure service reliability through monitoring and incident response.
• Mentor teammates and improve engineering practices.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with strong product ownership.
• Proficiency with React/React Native for consumer-facing web experiences.
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience in operating production applications, monitoring, and on-call.

• Experience with Ruby on Rails or other backend languages.
• Recent experience building AI-enabled or Agentic applications.
