💼 About This Role

You'll source candidates for venture-backed startups using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms. You'll manage 4-5 roles simultaneously, building talent pipelines and partnering with recruiters. This role offers hands-on exposure to executive search in a fast-growing firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source 30-50 profiles per role using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future roles
• Send outreach messages to passive candidates
• Track sourcing efforts in the ATS or CRM

📋 Requirements

• Experience sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter and Crunchbase
• Understanding of tech startups, funding stages, B2B vs B2C
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Available 9-12 EST for meetings regardless of timezone

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a recruitment agency or fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever)
• Understanding of Boolean search techniques
