You'll join a collegial team of therapists providing outpatient mental health services in a hybrid telemedicine and in-person setting. You'll have schedule flexibility and strong work-life balance while making a meaningful impact on patient care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with adult and adolescent patients
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to client needs
• Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with regulations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on patient care

📋 Requirements

• Active LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW license in North Carolina
• Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
• Ability to work in a hybrid telemedicine and in-person model

• Experience with evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, etc.)
• Bilingual skills
