💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the lead coach for a boutique fitness studio, coaching 11 classes per week. You'll develop a team of coaches and drive studio utilization and retention. This leadership role offers the chance to shape the client experience and grow the [solidcore] community.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach 11 classes per week
• Provide feedback and develop coaching team
• Assist with day-to-day studio operations
• Lead outreach and marketing for community partnerships

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years prior group fitness experience
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office (Excel, Google Sheets)
• Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 30 pounds
