Description

You will develop and improve business intelligence reports and provide analytical support to drive operational performance for Lending Operations teams. Your work will involve constructing reports using Power BI, Salesforce, and SQL, analyzing data for actionable insights, and supporting forecasting and planning efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in agribusiness, business administration, mathematics, economics, statistics or related field or equivalent experience
• Experience with Power BI, Salesforce, and SQL for reporting and analysis
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience in forecasting and data-driven decision support

Responsibilities

• Develop and support data analysis frameworks for daily, weekly, monthly operational reporting
• Construct reports using Power BI, Salesforce, and SQL to drive insight for lending operations leadership
• Analyze business data to identify actionable insights and implement recommendations for productivity and efficiency
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop forecasting models for demand, resource allocation, and capacity
• Analyze key performance indicators and prepare reporting packages based on monthly and quarterly results
