πΌ About This Role
You'll provide first-line IT support across macOS and Windows for offices in Minneapolis, St. Louis, and Columbia, Missouri. You'll manage onboarding/offboarding, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure a seamless support experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving and cross-team collaboration.
π― What You'll Do
- Respond to support requests via ticketing system, phone, and chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues on macOS and Windows.
- Manage onboarding/offboarding including device setup and account provisioning.
- Maintain ticketing system, knowledge base, and asset records.
π Requirements
- 2-3 years of IT support experience with end user hardware and SaaS administration.
- 2-3 years of Windows Server administration experience.
- 2-3 years of ITSM tools experience (Jira Service Management or Freshdesk).
- 2-3 years of Office 365 and Google Workspace administration experience.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience with MDM tools like Jamf, Intune, or Autopilot.
- Knowledge of Ubiquiti Unifi or Cisco Meraki networking.
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA, Security+, or Microsoft 365.
