🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Assist with user provisioning in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Configure and secure SharePoint Online team sites
• Troubleshoot basic network issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

📋 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

• Experience with Windows and macOS operating systems
• Familiarity with Azure and Microsoft Endpoint Management
