💼 About This Role

You'll perform ultrasound studies and facilitate ultrasound training at VEG hospitals. Working closely with emergency doctors, you'll provide same-day scans for pets and help coordinate education opportunities. This role offers the chance to grow your skills while making a direct impact on emergency veterinary care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform ultrasound studies and facilitate training at home and regional hospitals
• Maintain relationships with teleconsultation radiologists and accept feedback
• Track doctor and nursing team skills using VEG Ultrasound Certificate checklist
• Coordinate weekly schedule for floor shifts and training responsibilities

📋 Requirements

• Credentialed as Veterinary Technician (LVT/CVT/RVT/LVMT) or diagnostic medical sonographer (RDMS)
• 3+ years veterinary ultrasound experience
• Previous training experience and patience to teach and develop others
• Ability to travel to regional hospitals and off-site training facilities

• Experience with teleconsultation radiologists (Antech, SonoPath, IDEXX, etc.)
• Experience developing ultrasound curriculum material
