📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education or ELA-related field
• Previous experience with middle and high school students
• Alignment with district mission and values

• Valid Michigan teaching certificate with secondary ELA endorsement
• Previous urban teaching experience
• Training in CRPBIS or similar methodologies
