💼 About This Role

You'll provide virtual primary care via tele-health visits, triage calls, and email follow-ups as part of the One Medical Virtual Medical Team. You'll collaborate with in-office teammates to deliver convenient, evidence-based care to patients of all ages.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Treat patients via tele-health visits including video and phone
• Manage telephonic triage calls and email follow-ups
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates during daily huddles
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds for continuous learning

📋 Requirements

• Completed accredited FNP program with national certification
• 2+ years in outpatient primary care or urgent care/ER seeing patients 0+
• Currently licensed in CA or AZ with ability to obtain additional licenses
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts including every other Saturday/Sunday
