You'll support the global sales team by handling technical inquiries, managing trials, creating scripting solutions, and maintaining lab infrastructure. Your work helps organizations like farms and construction companies use IoT data to improve safety and efficiency.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
• 1+ years of relevant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist global sales team with technical inquiries and tasks via inbound question queue
• Assist with technical trials to convey Samsara solution value
• Create software scripting solutions and integrations for proof of concepts
• Produce and manage digital content for product learning and adoption
• Coordinate cross-functional communication for prospect success (RFP responses, feature requests, etc.)
