As a Staff Data Scientist at Coupang Ads, you will drive product and monetization strategies through auction modeling, revenue metrics, forecasting, and A/B testing. You will analyze complex data to generate actionable insights and tell compelling stories to inform business decisions.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, EE, Math or related field
• Experience in data science with focus on monetization and analytics
• Proficiency in A/B testing design and analysis
• Strong skills in forecasting and statistical modeling
• Ability to communicate complex findings to stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Develop and test auction and monetization models with simulations
• Deliver KPI dashboards for product adoption, usage, performance, and churn
• Design and maintain inventory and revenue forecasting models
• Design, conduct, and analyze A/B tests with statistical rigor
• Build concise, data-driven test recaps communicating business impact
