Description

You will collaborate with engineers and technicians to design and build test stands, operate and maintain them, and test rocket components, engines, and full stage vehicles at our Moses Lake Test Site. Your work is critical to making reusable launch systems a reality by enabling rapid hardware testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering or similar
• Related experience from internships or college organizations
• Experience creating P&IDs
• Experience integrating and troubleshooting mechanical and electronic systems
• Experience with high pressure or hazardous environments

Responsibilities

• Designing and building fluid, mechanical, instrumentation, and control systems for test applications
• Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting fluid, mechanical, instrumentation, and control systems
• Managing project schedules and writing test procedures
• Performing hazard analysis and test data analysis
• Safely operating high pressure and cryogenic systems
