🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and scale an engineering team for security, science, and analytics.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years professional software development experience.
• 3+ years managing engineers in agile environments.
• Experience leading a shared platform team supporting multiple products.
• Strong people-management skills including hiring and mentoring.
