💼 About This Role

You'll repair damaged upholstery, dashboards, and glass on late-model vehicles at Carvana's high-tech Inspection Center. Your work ensures each car meets our quality standards before reaching customers. Expect mandatory overtime during peak periods.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Repair damaged cloth, leather, plastic, and vinyl upholstery
• Perform glass repairs for stars, bullseyes, and cracks
• Color match and dye cloth and fabric
• Maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years professional automotive interior repair or glass repair
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR check
• Lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Work mandatory overtime based on business needs
