  • Design and maintain AI agent workflows in Zendesk to reduce manual touches.
  • Own Zendesk administration, governance, and documentation of triggers and automations.
  • Translate operational needs into scalable system requirements for Engineering.
  • Lead high-stakes transitions ensuring system stability and zero service disruption.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS platform administration with expert-level Zendesk knowledge.
  • Proven experience building production-grade AI agents and evaluating vendors.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional tasks for system launches and migrations.
  • Deep understanding of platform system changes impacting downstream triggers in healthcare.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Previous experience with AWS contact center.
  • Lean or Six Sigma experience.
  • Knowledge of Zendesk AI/Copilot and Explore.
