💼 About This Role
You'll build StackAI's GTM motion from scratch at a fast-growing AI infrastructure company. You'll own everything from early playbook creation to hiring and scaling a high-performing sales organization. Partner directly with founders to turn a viral product into a predictable enterprise revenue machine.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own revenue strategy, sales motion, forecasting, and execution
- Personally run and close high-value pipeline in first 6-12 months
- Build and manage AE, SDR, and Sales Engineering teams
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
📋 Requirements
- 6+ years in B2B SaaS sales
- 3+ years leading and scaling sales teams
- Experience growing ARR from $10M to $50M+
- Success closing enterprise deals ($50K–$500K+ ACV)
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience at high-growth AI, automation, or infrastructure startup
- Familiarity with PLG to enterprise transition
- Experience in first-principles pricing and packaging
