💼 About This Role

You'll build StackAI's GTM motion from scratch at a fast-growing AI infrastructure company. You'll own everything from early playbook creation to hiring and scaling a high-performing sales organization. Partner directly with founders to turn a viral product into a predictable enterprise revenue machine.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own revenue strategy, sales motion, forecasting, and execution
  • Personally run and close high-value pipeline in first 6-12 months
  • Build and manage AE, SDR, and Sales Engineering teams
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success

📋 Requirements

  • 6+ years in B2B SaaS sales
  • 3+ years leading and scaling sales teams
  • Experience growing ARR from $10M to $50M+
  • Success closing enterprise deals ($50K–$500K+ ACV)

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience at high-growth AI, automation, or infrastructure startup
  • Familiarity with PLG to enterprise transition
  • Experience in first-principles pricing and packaging
