Requirements

  • 10+ years new business development in licensing for Lifestyle/Beauty/Fashion in South Korea
  • Full-cycle sales experience from lead generation to closing
  • Knowledge of licensees and product categories
  • Fearless drive to win with substantial cold calling
  • Success in negotiating licensing contracts

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling and email outreach
  • Build and manage sales pipeline with high-volume outbound activity
  • Drive licensing deals from pitch to close, including negotiations
  • Track sales activity in CRM and prepare forecasts
  • Collaborate with brand management and leadership on proposals
