Requirements
- 10+ years new business development in licensing for Lifestyle/Beauty/Fashion in South Korea
- Full-cycle sales experience from lead generation to closing
- Knowledge of licensees and product categories
- Fearless drive to win with substantial cold calling
- Success in negotiating licensing contracts
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling and email outreach
- Build and manage sales pipeline with high-volume outbound activity
- Drive licensing deals from pitch to close, including negotiations
- Track sales activity in CRM and prepare forecasts
- Collaborate with brand management and leadership on proposals
