Description
You will serve as the trusted point of contact for customers, building relationships with decision-makers and ensuring they derive maximum value from the platform. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to drive renewals and expansions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS within the US Market
- Proven experience with customer renewals and expansions
- Strong strategic thinking to further partnership value
- Excellent customer-facing skills (training, coaching, conflict resolution)
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with decision-makers to uncover business needs and establish succession plans
- Serve as trusted contact from onboarding through renewals and business reviews
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams on account growth strategies
- Proactively engage accounts to identify risks and maximize platform value
- Execute Business Reviews, training, and feature implementation
