You will serve as the trusted point of contact for customers, building relationships with decision-makers and ensuring they derive maximum value from the platform. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to drive renewals and expansions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS within the US Market
  • Proven experience with customer renewals and expansions
  • Strong strategic thinking to further partnership value
  • Excellent customer-facing skills (training, coaching, conflict resolution)
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with decision-makers to uncover business needs and establish succession plans
  • Serve as trusted contact from onboarding through renewals and business reviews
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams on account growth strategies
  • Proactively engage accounts to identify risks and maximize platform value
  • Execute Business Reviews, training, and feature implementation
