You'll lead global payroll accounting and equity administration for a growing AI enterprise. You'll oversee external payroll providers and ensure compliance across US, APAC, and EMEA. This role offers the chance to streamline practices in a high-growth, remote-friendly environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage outsourced payroll providers across US, APAC, and EMEA
• Own reconciliation of payroll-related accounts
• Manage global equity administration in Carta
• Support audit requests and 401k administration

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 7+ years of corporate accounting and payroll accounting experience
• In-depth GAAP knowledge and month-end close experience
• Experience in international multi-entity environment

✨ Nice to Have

• 2 years of Big 4 public accounting experience
• Software and SaaS industry experience
• Experience with NetSuite, ADP Workforce Now, or Deel
