💼 About This Role

You'll perform inspections, diagnosis, repairs, and maintenance on motorcycles and powersports vehicles in a retail service center, ensuring customer satisfaction by fixing units correctly on the first visit. You'll also mentor entry-level technicians as needed.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair all products sold in the dealership
• Assemble new units and perform pre-delivery inspections
• Train and mentor less experienced technicians
• Communicate repair needs to Service Manager or Writer

📋 Requirements

• Customer-first mindset
• Ownership of a complete set of tools
• Mechanical knowledge of dirt, street, ATV, and UTV segments
• Ability to use electronic platforms like laptops and industry software
