📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
• 2+ years as a staff engineer
• Deep expertise in distributed systems and Python
• Experience with microservices and PostgreSQL

• Experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure
• Background in fintech or financial-services platforms
