As a Staff Data Analyst on the Rocket Growth team, you will lead projects ensuring data quality and availability for business decisions, drive growth initiatives, and mentor junior analysts. You'll use SQL, ETL, and analytics to solve complex problems and shape the future of e-commerce.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in data analytics
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python/R for data manipulation
• Strong data visualization skills (PowerBI, Tableau)
• Business-level fluency in English
• Preferred: Experience with GitHub, Airflow, statistics, ML, e-commerce/logistics/AdTech

Responsibilities

• Lead projects on data quality, availability, and depth for business decisions
• Use SQL, data ETL, and analysis to ensure data integrity
• Contribute to analytics projects driving growth and supporting Growth Marketing
• Mentor less senior data analysts
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders
