๐ Requirements
- 5โ7+ years in product or growth marketing for B2C digital products
- Proven ability to impact revenue, conversion, retention, and LTV
- Strong expertise in segmentation, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
- Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and performance marketing channels

- Leadership experience in cross-functional or matrix organizations
