You'll join Arrive Logistics, a leading transportation and technology company, as a Senior Open Deck Business Development Representative. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Communicate with customers to assess and provide load information and strategic pricing.
• Develop customized shipping solutions based on budget and customer needs.
• Manage day-to-day operations of related accounts and strategic transportation plans.
• Collaborate with Client Success and Carrier Capacity teams to service customers.
• Support and develop relationships with existing customers to grow their book of business.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of 3PL experience within the Open Deck/Heavy Haul mode.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred in Business, Management, or related fields.
• Proven ability to build relationships and establish rapport with peers, leaders, and clients.
