💼 About This Role

You'll develop and maintain suppliers for Starlink, from concept to full-scale production. You'll work cross-functionally to drive supply chain strategies and production goals for a high-volume product. This role offers direct impact on a transformative technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze manufacturing processes from a first-principles approach
• Lead Design of Experiments for high-rate production processes
• Perform defect characterization and root cause analysis
• Review supplier DFM, process flow, and FAI/PPAP reports

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
• 1+ years professional experience in mechanical design and analysis
• Hands-on project experience with complex mechanical systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in mechanical engineering
• Knowledge of metrology tools (CMM, OMM, etc.)
• Proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GDT)
