💼 About This Role

You'll oversee nutritional services and meal service operations in a PACE day center, managing kitchen aide teams and spearheading engagement and personal care services. You'll ensure high-quality care for vulnerable seniors while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to drive participant outcomes. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Direct meal service and kitchen aide operations
• Manage nutrition, engagement, and personal care staff hiring and training
• Coordinate interdisciplinary team meetings and track follow-up items
• Oversee physical plant, supplies, equipment, and vendor management

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or 5 years experience substitute)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant management experience
• 2 years of supervisory experience in a senior or health care program
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire
