You'll expand PadSplit's marketplace by engaging property owners to become Hosts, unlocking rental income while addressing housing affordability. You'll be at the forefront of solving the affordable housing crisis in the NYC metro area. This fully remote role offers equity and unlimited PTO.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Prospect and qualify leads among property owners
  • Conduct outreach via cold calling, emailing, and networking
  • Host discovery calls and tailor hosting solutions
  • Close deals and coordinate with onboarding teams

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Proven success in B2B or B2C sales with a track record of meeting targets
  • Strong relationship-building skills with property owners
  • Self-motivation to thrive in a remote startup environment
  • Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce and Hubspot
