Description

As a Trial Attorney at our firm, you will manage a high-volume caseload of approximately 150 personal injury cases, conduct key litigation activities including depositions and mediations, and advocate as lead counsel in jury trials to secure favorable outcomes for clients.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law; trial advocacy or moot court experience strongly preferred
• Active and in good standing with the local State Bar; multiple state bar admissions preferred
• Must be currently located in the state where this job is posted
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate case strategies and engage with clients and team members

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of about 150 cases, with 50 actively in litigation each month
• Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the legal process
• Conduct depositions, draft and respond to motions, lead mediations, and develop case strategies
• Serve as lead counsel in jury trials
