💼 About This Role

You'll own piece part, component, and subsystem testing for electromechanical systems at a space startup building the largest high-power satellites. You'll define test campaigns, design setups, and be hands-on with flight hardware to validate designs and ramp production throughput. This role spans from R&D to high-rate production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own design and build of test hardware and fixturing
• Activate and operate test equipment safely
• Troubleshoot performance issues during campaigns
• Lead improvements to company-wide testing standards

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline
• 5+ years of electromechanical test experience
• Experience designing and testing aerospace electromechanical assemblies
• Proficiency with test automation tools (Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with data acquisition and dedicated test equipment
• Practical application of GD&T and schematic generation
• Experience with NX and Teamcenter PLM
