Description

You will own a multidisciplinary team of supervisors and technicians to operationalize and scale a 24/7 wastewater treatment plant supporting Starlink production lines. Your mission is to recycle process water at high volume and efficiency, driving strategic progress while working side-by-side with your team during critical ramps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM discipline OR 5+ years leadership experience in wastewater/water treatment
• 3+ years production operations or process development experience
• 2+ years in a leadership position
• Ability to travel up to 20%, stand up to 6 hours, lift 25 lbs
• Must be U.S. citizen or permanent resident (ITAR)

Responsibilities

• Manage a large team of supervisors and technicians on multi-shift schedule
• Drive transition of wastewater treatment equipment from engineering to high-volume production
• Develop and own standard work instructions, PM schedules, training programs, and process controls
• Define and enforce operational standards with strict accountability
• Drive continuous improvement via metrics (yield, OEE, throughput)
