You'll own the full sales cycle and build a go-to-market playbook for Dandy's expansion into a brand-new vertical within the dental industry. Your core impact will be shaping the sales motion and processes from scratch while closing deals with SMB customers. This role offers real ownership in a high-growth startup backed by top venture capital firms.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own full sales cycle: qualify, discover, and close new SMB customers.
- Prospect and engage dental practices to drive new client acquisition.
- Shape sales motion, messaging, positioning, and processes for new vertical.
- Track activity, pipeline, and performance in Salesforce.
- Partner with senior leadership to hit revenue targets and refine KPIs.
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years of sales experience with 2+ years owning a full-cycle closing role.
- Experience launching a new vertical, new market, or new product.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRMs.
- Strong organizational skills and disciplined pipeline management.
