🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a team of pre-sales Systems Engineers
  • Refine sales strategy and tactics for technical responsibilities
  • Enable team to capture requirements and design innovative solutions
  • Author responses to RFI/RFPs when needed

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of management experience leading Sales Engineers
  • 10+ years supporting sales of storage, networking, or systems solutions
  • Deep understanding of multi-tiered client/server and web-based computing
  • Knowledge of digital transformation to Cloud Native architecture

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience acquiring new prospects and converting to clients
  • Knowledge of current and emerging storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, OSD, SAN)
  • Knowledge of VMWare, Local Area Networking, Ethernet, TCP/IP
