🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of pre-sales Systems Engineers
- Refine sales strategy and tactics for technical responsibilities
- Enable team to capture requirements and design innovative solutions
- Author responses to RFI/RFPs when needed
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of management experience leading Sales Engineers
- 10+ years supporting sales of storage, networking, or systems solutions
- Deep understanding of multi-tiered client/server and web-based computing
- Knowledge of digital transformation to Cloud Native architecture
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience acquiring new prospects and converting to clients
- Knowledge of current and emerging storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, OSD, SAN)
- Knowledge of VMWare, Local Area Networking, Ethernet, TCP/IP
