- Own execution of lifecycle channels and retention strategy

- Collaborate with Clinical and Operations teams to improve satisfaction
- Synthesize data to optimize end-to-end funnel

- 2-5 years of DTC lifecycle marketing experience
- Experience owning email and SMS channels for retention
- Strong problem-solving in ambiguous environments
- Data-driven decision making skills
