💼 About This Role

You'll design, develop, and optimize responsive user interfaces for a secure enterprise case management platform supporting DoD stakeholders. Your work enhances usability, accessibility, and performance across multiple IL-tier environments while collaborating in Agile iterative cycles. This fully remote role offers high-impact projects and access to the latest technologies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate user requirements into responsive UIs using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks
• Implement UCD/HCD principles and ensure Section 508 and WCAG 2.x accessibility
• Develop journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design intent
• Conduct UI/UX performance testing and optimize for low bandwidth environments

📋 Requirements

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and at least one modern framework (React, Angular, or Vue)
• Minimum 5 years in front-end development or UI/UX design for enterprise/government systems
• Experience creating accessible, responsive components in Agile environments
• Active DoD Secret clearance

✨ Nice to Have

• Certifications: CompTIA Security+ CE, CWAS or UX design certification
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or equivalent
• Familiarity with DoD digital service standards and data visualization
