You'll drive adoption of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform in complex federal accounts. You'll lead post-sale technical strategy and ensure customer success for Data and AI workloads. This hybrid role blends technical leadership with commercial acumen.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead post-win technical account strategy and execution plan
• Serve as accountable technical leader for customer use cases
• Coordinate with Professional Services on engagement proposals
• Provide KPIs on usage, customer health, and product adoption

📋 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for Secret clearance
• 7+ years of technical project/program delivery in Data and AI
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala
• Experience in customer-facing technical architecture or consulting

✨ Nice to Have

• Active Secret or higher clearance strongly preferred
• Experience with distributed data systems
• Track record of overachievement against quota or goals
