You'll deliver in-home occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients, helping them regain independence. You'll evaluate mobility and function, develop treatment plans, and educate families. This role offers flexible scheduling and a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function for treatment goals
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Maintain accurate home health care documentation per standards

📋 Requirements

• Active occupational therapy (OT) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology for email, texting, EMR
