Description

You will drive our identity security strategy as an Okta SME, designing and maintaining IAM solutions, automating with Okta Workflows, and ensuring compliance with security standards in a modern SaaS environment. You'll work on complex projects and cross-functional initiatives to protect our cloud ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years IAM engineering experience, minimum 3 years dedicated to Okta
• Deep expertise in Okta Workflows, Lifecycle Management, and Adaptive MFA
• Expert-level knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM
• Proficiency in Python or PowerShell for automation
• Experience integrating Okta with Google Workspace, Slack, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Okta tenant including Universal Directory, SSO, and MFA policies
• Design and maintain user provisioning/deprovisioning solutions (JIT, SCIM) across application ecosystem
• Develop resilient automation with Okta Workflows to streamline identity processes
• Configure and manage SSO integrations using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC
• Manage access certification campaigns and audits for compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001)
