You'll lead a team of Customer Success Managers in the EMEA region, driving adoption and retention for the SafetyCulture platform. You'll be accountable for achieving growth targets and elevating CS standards through coaching and process improvements. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Coach and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers
- Drive renewals and expansion through proactive customer engagement
- Act as executive sponsor for key accounts
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and risks
📋 Requirements
- SaaS business model understanding
- Customer Success metrics experience (GRR, NRR, Net ARR)
- Salesforce and Gainsight proficiency
- Leadership experience in managing CS teams

- Experience with Gong for call review
- Background in EMEA markets
