You'll be accountable for achieving growth targets and elevating CS standards through coaching and process improvements. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers
• Drive renewals and expansion through proactive customer engagement
• Act as executive sponsor for key accounts
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and risks

📋 Requirements

• SaaS business model understanding
• Customer Success metrics experience (GRR, NRR, Net ARR)
• Salesforce and Gainsight proficiency
• Leadership experience in managing CS teams
