💼 About This Role

You'll lead cultural resources field crews and manage archaeological projects under Section 106/110 of the NHPA. You'll coordinate with clients and agencies and mentor junior staff while delivering high-quality reports. This role offers the chance to expand archaeology services across the Gulf Coast and Southeast.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead archaeological field surveys, testing, and data recovery projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget for cultural resources.
• Prepare reports, site forms, and curation of artifacts.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, and tribal representatives.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Archaeology or closely related field.
• Registered Professional Archaeologist and SOI qualified.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in cultural resources.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Survey 123, and AGOL.

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in geosciences (geomorphology, pedology, etc.).
• Experience with GPR for cemetery delineation.
• Artifact analysis and lab experience.
