You'll lead mission system architectures for autonomous aircraft, integrating RF, EO/IR, and EW sensors. Your work will directly close warfighting gaps and deliver disruptive air dominance capabilities. You'll collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to drive lethal mission outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead mission systems architecture and integration activities
• Conduct analytical trade studies for sensors and effectors
• Lead vendor engagement for mission system capabilities
• Adapt physics-based models to predict payload performance

📋 Requirements

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
• Domain expertise in Radar, EO/IR, RF, or EW systems
• 5+ years experience in mission systems development on tactical aircraft

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of next-generation sensing systems
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, C++, COMSOL, or Ansys
• Experience with electromagnetic control (EMCON) modes
