Description

You will develop a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points, then work with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that provide an exceptional payroll experience. You'll lead your development team and collaborate with internal experts across multiple disciplines to build a scalable payroll platform for 80+ markets worldwide.

Requirements

• Experience as a senior product manager in a multi-product, high-growth scale-up company
• Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code; ability to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional code/prototypes
• Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes and HR functions
• Experience launching products or features that leveraged AI
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills

• Work with engineers, designers, and operational counterparts to build elegant solutions to complex problems
• Shape and deliver improvements in a focused area of the product
• Communicate and collaborate with partner teams to connect roadmap to stakeholder needs
