You'll build reliable, efficient HR operations through process improvement and technology enablement. You'll drive adoption of HRIS and automation tools to reduce manual work. This role offers the chance to shape scalable systems in a growing tech company.
π― What You'll Do
- Assess and improve HR workflows across the employee lifecycle
- Build and maintain a process improvement roadmap with standardized workflows
- Define and track operational KPIs such as SLAs and cycle times
- Lead root cause analysis for recurring HR issues and implement scalable solutions
π Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on HR operations or process improvement
- Proven experience improving or scaling HR workflows in a growing organization
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS such as Workday, SAP, UKG, or comparable platform
- 2+ years of people leadership experience

- Experience with automation and AI tools in HR
- Knowledge of benefits administration
