📋 Requirements

• 4+ years leading software engineering teams of 10+ engineers
• Experience recruiting and onboarding distributed teams
• Full software development lifecycle leadership
• 4+ years hands-on software development experience

• Background in aerospace, defense, or medtech
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
