💼 About This Role
You'll lead the transition of a project-based firm to a scalable, MRR-driven professional services business. You'll own revenue growth strategy and operational infrastructure, reporting directly to the Owner. This role offers high ownership in a lean, remote environment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own the full revenue engine: pipeline, sales, onboarding, delivery, retention
- Lead a distributed global team with clear KPIs and accountability rhythms
- Drive MRR growth by coordinating sales resources and closing new business
- Define and enforce MRR-first commercial model: pricing, scope, engagement minimums
📋 Requirements
- Proven builder who grew a services business from early stage to $1–$5M revenue
- Owned both commercial growth and operational execution in a services business
- Direct experience selling and managing monthly recurring services (bookkeeping, accounting, etc.)
- Experience leading distributed or global teams with scorecard-driven management
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience targeting and closing $2M–$4M B2B service companies as clients
- History of building referral or partner ecosystems (accountants, attorneys, etc.)
- Comfort operating without big company infrastructure—ownership and scrappiness
