💼 About This Role

You'll own the development of spacecraft battery management system electronics from clean sheet to flight, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your designs will enable reliable power systems for our LEO satellite constellation. This role offers the chance to lead complex PCB designs for a cutting-edge space IoT platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop spacecraft battery management system from clean sheet to flight.
• Perform schematic capture and PCB layout of battery circuits using Altium Designer.
• Conduct circuit analysis including power, SWaP, tolerance, and reliability.
• Lead design reviews for inter-disciplinary audiences.
• Support manufacturing and flight integration.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in power electronics design.
• 3+ years of experience in battery pack electrical design.
• Expertise in battery management circuits including fault protection and cell balancing.

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience designing for space environments including radiation mitigation.
• Altium Designer proficiency.
