💼 About This Role

You'll join Varicent's Professional Services team to implement Sales Performance Management solutions for global clients. You'll lead large-scale projects from discovery to deployment, ensuring scalable compensation models and data-driven insights are delivered on time. This role offers the chance to mentor junior consultants and shape best practices in a cutting-edge SaaS environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Gather and document business requirements into technical specifications
• Lead project teams through full implementation lifecycle
• Design and build scalable compensation models
• Develop ETL processes for data preparation

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Incentive Compensation Management
• Strong understanding of SPM solutions and data analysis
• Experience leading medium-to-large scale implementation projects

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Varicent ICM or similar tools
• Knowledge of SQL and ETL processes
• Certification in Project Management
