You'll own full-cycle recruiting for business and go-to-market roles at a high-growth govtech startup. Your work will directly impact millions of residents by helping scale the team that powers government services. You'll partner with founders and hiring managers to build elite teams from intake through close.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for business and go-to-market roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and run structured processes
• Build and manage top-of-funnel pipelines through outbound sourcing and referrals
• Support technical hiring as needed, ramping on role requirements quickly

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, in-house or embedded agency
• Proven ability to hire for business roles (sales, marketing, customer success, etc.)
• Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously

• Comfortable stepping into technical roles
• Experience with agents is a plus
