🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and evolve Upstart's corporate narrative grounded in performance and industry dynamics.
• Develop communications programs to increase visibility across business and media.
• Build executive profiles through media strategy and thought leadership.
• Counsel senior leaders on messaging and high-stakes communications.
• Partner with Investor Relations, Legal, and Marketing to align messaging.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• 10+ years experience in corporate communications or public relations.
• 5+ years developing corporate messaging and media relations for a public company.
• Experience building executive visibility programs and supporting senior leaders.
