💼 About This Role

You'll join our Cloud Engineering team to ensure the availability, performance, and resilience of critical production systems. You'll drive automation of operations, lead incident response, and design monitoring and disaster recovery frameworks across multi-cloud environments. This is an opportunity to shape our Mexico City office culture from day one.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary contact for critical production SaaS applications in AWS and Azure.
• Configure, monitor, and resolve complex cloud infrastructure issues across environments.
• Ensure critical SLAs met, including on-call rotation for weekends and emergencies.
• Develop automation for monitoring, alert mitigation, telemetry, and incident response.

📋 Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Administration.
• Hands-on experience as a Cloud Administrator with AWS and Azure, including Kubernetes.
• Expertise with monitoring and observability tools like Datadog, CloudWatch, and ELK stack.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (firewalls, VPN, DNS, load balancing).

✨ Nice to Have

• Scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, or C#.
• Infrastructure-as-code with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Azure DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD automation (Jenkins pipelines).
